I really appreciate what you wrote and i am actually doing the same thing. I have a virtual staff and they do the blog submissions and trafficking while i focus on campaigning. Its really awesome to have a business nowadays because its fast and easy to do since majority of people are online. Unlike before that you have to really do it with meeting this people physically and have a seminar or Business Opportunity meeting and you have to spent on the venue and food. Nowadays, its cheaper and accessible not only to certain people around the area but also globally.

How are ya? Just wanted to drop by and say awesome blog post, man! You really hit on a ridiculous important topic when you said:

“You gotta stop trying to do everything yourself.”

I’ve seen SO many people fall victim to that, just thinking they have to do everything themselves. Either that, or they don’t know how/what to outsource, so they do it all anyway.

And I agree, they definitely need to treat IM as a business, since it surely is! If you’re a business owner, you’re an entrepreneur. That means that you should focus on growing your business and working ON it, not IN it. Most people get into IM to eventually quit their real job, and here they end up slaving away with it and often times don’t ever get anywhere with it!

So props to you, great post. I think a lot of people would benefit from it.
