click Here here to downloadIn the last post, we discussed setting up your pay per click accounts and crafting ads to go along with the accounts. However, now you will need to figure out how much to bid per click so that you are still making a tidy profit.
The first thing that you want to do is figure out exactly how much each new member that enrolls in your mlm program is worth for you. One of the easiest way to accomplish this task is to set this amount equal to the “quick start money” you receive for each new member you recruit. However, if you want to be as accurate as possible, you will need to figure out the lifetime value of each new mlm lead you recruit.
For example, let’s say that you make $120 a month for every 12 people in your downline. This means that over the course of a year, each person will be worth $10/month or $120 a year to you. You figure this out by multiplying the $120 you make each month by 12 months and you get $1440. Then yo divide the $1440 by the twelve members in your organization and you figure out that each person in your network marketing business is worth $120 a year to you.
Okay, to make this even more accurate… Now, let’s say that out of 72 sign ups, 19 go out and duplicate your success – this means that you have a 26% duplication rate. So every 12 people in your downline, 3 people actually go out and recruit more people. So instead of getting paid for 12 people, you are actually getting paid for 48 people – the original 12 plus the 36 they recruited. This means that you are actually making $5760 for the year instead of $1440. So you divide the $5760 by 12, and each member in your organization is really worth $480 per year to you.
Well, mlm marketing can be fickle and people are always dropping out, so if you are conservative and divide this number in half, then the lifetime value of each member in your organization is worth $240 to you.
The next thing you will need to figure out is how many visitors you need to get to your network marketing blog before someone joins your downline. We will discuss this in the next post…
