Once you have decided which ezines to test your mlm ads in, your next task will be writing an ezine ad that is interesting and draws the reader in. If you are purchasing a solo ad, make good use of your ad audience. Nothing does this better than a good story. People love stories, especially if they are interesting and will show them how to make more money.
Of course, you do not want to tell any story. You want the story to be related to your mlm program and how it has brought you tremendous success. You just tell them how you went from having nothing or little to having a measure of success when you became involved with your network marketing program. If you want to use a different angle, your story could tell how much you have learned since becoming involved with your program and how has it has increased your earnings.
After you have relayed your story, you should begin giving your readers an idea of the knowledge they will acquire when they join your mlm program. Give them a few tips and techniques, but the trick is to only give an overview, not to reveal the entire story. Since the goal of your ad is to get visitors to your network marketing blog, you leave the readers somewhat unfulfilled. In order to get the entire story, you could say something such as ‘Click here to get the entire story’. The purpose of your ad is to pre-sell the readers of your ad, not to try and sell them directly, your sales page does that.
Okay, so now that you have crafted the perfect ad, you need a subject line that entices the reader to open your email and read it. After all, what use is a great ad if your subject line is unappealing? Ideally, it should be short and catchy, but never mislead the reader.
Some tips when creating subject lines to get your readers to open your emails are:
1. Using numbers: for example, let them know how you have increased the traffic to site i.e. How I Got 1659 Targeted Visitors to My Site in Three Days
2. Being Specific: let your readers know exactly what the email is about. Don’t use misleading subject lines
3. Using Short Titles: these are easier to read and do not require much time or effort on behalf of your potential mlm lead.
4. Not using words that trigger spam filters: avoid words like ‘money’ or ‘free’
