    Stumble upon can create the biggest peak in traffic that I have seen for a one time stumble. My site has been stumbled several times and for each individual stumble, it accounted for no less than a spike of 150 or so extra visitors over what is the norm.

    Just put up a blog nine days ago. I have used stumble for a while so I stumbled only a couple of the post. After nine days on a brand new blogs that is not even in the search engines or advertised stumble brought 42 unique visits. Not bad for a new start. It works for me.
