Learning from the mistakes of another is very important because you do NOT have enough time in one lifetime to make all the mistakes yourself.

What I got from Magnetic Sponsoring and MIke Dillard in general is going from a point of chasing people and ’selling’ a prospect into my business to having the prospect chase me and ’sell’ me on why I should consider them as my business partner. I let them convince me that my time and energy invested in them will be a good investment.
I don’t think many network marketers realize that they don’t need everyone to join them. They should be simply looking for people who in fact deserve them.
I work where I am deserved not where I am needed.
