Here is an MLM joke that you can relate to:

Question: How many MLMers does it take to change a light bulb?

Answer: Nobody really knows because they keep trying to recruit someone to do it!

Actually, this joke really teaches network marketing reps something… if you want to build a network marketing business, it is better to do it yourself! Observe the law of MLM:

(1) If you don’t make retail sales, don’t expect your downlines to do the same and your entire network will not have any sales volume (no money).

(2) If you don’t personally sponsor downlines, your downlines will probably wait for THEIR downlines to do it for them and very soon you will have no new people coming in.

(3) If you don’t fix your own problems and you wait for your upline or downline to deal with them, then your whole organization will be in trouble because everybody is waiting for one another to do things. So make sure you are an action taker and get things done!
