In the first five parts of this series, we have discussed how to promote your mlm program through the use of network marketing articles. It is a highly effective strategy if implemented properly and will result in mush traffic for your site. In the edition of this series, Part 5, we discussed how powerful a tool your resource box is the use of this method.
Today, we will discuss how to make your articles even more effective in positioning your network marketing blog in the search engines and getting visitors to your blog. When you write your articles, your want them to be targeted, not written haphazardly. It is okay to have a few general articles relating to your company’s product, but keyword targeting really helps improve your blog’s chances of working in the search engines.
When you choose keywords to focus on in your articles, you do not want to begin by choosing the most popular keywords, because they have far too much competition. What you want to do is to choose keywords that get a decent amount of searches each month, but have relatively few competing pages in the search engines. To learn how to do this, read Travis Sago’s Bum Marketing Method. Travis does a great job showing you how to really profit from the article marketing method.
Another way to help your network marketing blog fare better in the search engines is using effective linking strategies in your resource box. So when you link to your website via your resource box, you should use ‘anchor text’ to link to your site. Your anchor text should contain keywords you are using to help bring traffic to your blog via the search engines.
