Many people whine about their MLM businesses - they believe that it is too difficult for them to succeed in network marketing so they give up.

If you truly desire for success in network marketing, you must be prepared to invest time and money into your personal development.

But why personal development? Isn’t this fad only for the weak, someone may say?

On the contrary, there are many reasons why MLMers must always invest in personal development:

Our subconscious mind needs to be reminded. Most of the time, we KNOW the principles in theory but we often do the opposite because we do not put what we know into practice. When you read personal development books, our subconscious mind gets immersed in the world of the positive and it will ultimately attract the right kind of energy in our lives.

Speaking of the right kind of energy, by focusing your mind on the right kind of thoughts, you will be able to use the law of attraction to get you the results you want. Most people get disappointed so they lower their expectations to the point that if they don’t get results, it’s because they ‘didn’t believe it would come true anyway’. This kind of thinking is wrong. You should attract what the results you desire - after all, what have you got to lose? In the worst case scenario, you just have to try it again!

Set the example for your downline. Even if you are already super motivated, your downlines are not as fired up as you are. So make sure you lead by example and it will increase the success rate of your network.
