Network Marketing Articles: A Powerful Network Marketing Strategy (Part 5)

Writing and submitting network marketing articles for your network marketing marketing blog serves a two-fold purpose, getting traffic to your website and helping your blog to rank well in the search engines. Helping your blog rank better in the search engines in not about writing your articles haphazardly.

Some of your network marketing articles can be general in nature and used just to attract traffic to your website. You do this via the resource box that we discussed in Part 3 of the series. Your resource box can either link directly to your network marketing blog or to a ’squeeze page’ that collects your visitors’ names and email addresses and inputs them automatically into your autoresponder. This is where some of the real power of using articles as a marketing strategy comes into play.

Research shows that it takes a visitor at least seven times or more of seeing the same information before he/she takes the desired action. The desired action could be making a purchase, or in this case, joining your network marketing program in your downline. Using an autoresponder in conjunction with your network marketing articles allows you to stay in touch with the leads you collect.

If you are using this strategy with your resource box, you should not give readers of your articles all of the information in the article. Use your article as a means of providing and overview of whatever you are covering in your article. Then, in your resource box, offer your visitors a free report or e-course to learn more about your article’s topic by visiting your website. The page they are directed to should be the ’squeeze page’ for your autoresponder that allows you to collect their information.

Of course, this method requires you to write a report or a series of articles, but it is worth it. In this way, you are building trust with your leads and helping them become more receptive to joining your network marketing program. Using network marketing articles in this manner not only gets visitors to your blog, but also allows you to build a list of leads that are interested in what you are offering.
