What REALLY Converts MLM Leads into Downline Members? (Part 3)

Once you have convinced your leads to join your downline, your work is not done yet. You want these new converts to be effective an successful in their network marketing business, because this benefits them as well as you. There is no point in converting your mlm prospects if they are not going to replicate the system and expand your downline. You do not just want downline members, you want effective downline members.

So, after you have successfully converted your mlm prospects, it is imperative that you have a strong support system in place so that you can help your downline members be just as successful as you are in the network marketing business. It is essential that you have some sort of email follow up system in place so that this new network marketer gets all the training he needs needs to accomplish his goals.

Having an email system in place helps your downline members duplicate the system, but they also need to know that if they need help or have a question that you are there for them. They require human contact and support, in other words. They should know and believe that you care about their success. After all, their success is vital to your success. Therefore, building a good, strong relationship with your downline is a must.

In building your downline, you must remember that it is essential that the product you are promoting is a quality product. No one wants to promote junk. It should ideally be a product that people would buy even if they were not getting paid to do it.

Also, you must remember that you cannot just sit back and expect your network marketing business to build itself. You must be an active participant.

If you keep in mind the things that were discussed in this three part series, you should have no problem converting your mlm prospects into active and successful members of your downline.
