    I do agree with you that helping others in your business will help your business to grow. The only problem is that many new people in business, do not possess the skills to work with other people; i.e. mentor. I know that this means that someone in the upline should be available to help them, but often this too is not the case.

    It is also hard to work with your people when your time is limited. I still work a full time job, but I still offer the members in my group mentoring and support. Some ways in which I try to help them is I schedule a time, usually in the evening or on the weekend, to do some trainings. I also send out newsletters every week with some helpful hints, the past week’s events, and personal development. The other thing I do is I will periodically call them and chat with them for a bit just to see where they are.

    You are right on the money about helping others will help you to become successful.

    My belief is, people see you as a leader when you pay attention to their needs. By listening to their needs and addressing their issues, you demonstrate leadership.

    One needs to keep this in mind, your business is not about you, but about those you serve, which are your customers and your business associates.

    Helping others is the key to being successful in your business so I find it necessary to provide them with a turnkey Marketig System that I used to get them Involved it adds simplicity to building your business.
