I think that in order for a business to be successful, the employers need to listen to the opinions of the employees and then generate a list of idea. I think it is a bad idea for one person to come up with every possible idea and the other people just follow along-groupthink. So what method is use to help the employees become trusting so that they won't feel shy about contributing. That's important. Also, trainings. Training can motivat employees, so there for worshops should be regular. Generate a list of leaders who you think can provide the best training for the employee.</description>
