Do You Have a Big Why?

171-Do You Have a Big WhyNetwork marketing is all about finding the big ‘WHY’. Don’t be confused about the differences between the WHY and the HOW.

Let me elaborate what it is all about.

If you are in a 9-5 job, I’ll tell you what the difference between you and your boss is… just these two words – WHY and HOW.

You see, your whole job scope is dominated by the word HOW. All day long, you have to figure out what you need to do all day because someone else tells you what you need to do. If you don’t get it done, your boss will kick your butt all the way to the poor house!

Now your boss has a very different struggle (but a good struggle nonetheless…) He or she will be more concerned about the WHY. Your boss will be asking questions like this all day, “Why should I make this decision”, “Why do I have to pay for this”,

“Why is this the most feasible choice” Why this, why that…

They won’t be concerned with the HOW because thinking about the why is so time consuming and thought provoking… but because they have a reason WHY, they will be able to find the HOW naturally!

Just switch on your TV and watch a teen flick. Does the romancing male teenage who just got grounded stay in his room even if his high school crush beckons him? Of course NOT! Even if he is locked in his room, he will, by hook or by crook, find his way to see his beloved! It all starts from the big WHY.

You see, once you have discovered your big why, you don’t need to worry about the how because the how will become very small. It will find your way into your thoughts because you have a very strong driving force. After all, nothing defeats the human spirit that sent a man on the moon. You just have to find that why.

Ironically, there is nothing wrong about being lazy and outsourcing all your hard work to other people. People are so lazy to think that they would rather get their hands busy. Ask them to think about their future and their business plan and their mind shuts down – that is why they will always remain as employees because they would rather trade their precious time to get someone to do all the thinking for them.

Make no mistake about it – deal with your WHY and the HOW will be irrelevant.
